If you are a new AD or need to renew your KIAAA/NIAAA Membership, click the box under HIGHLIGHTS labeled "KIAAA Membership and FinalForms Portal.  As a new AD, you will see a screen welcoming you to the KIAAA AMP Portal.  Click "Members - Login/Signup".  At the bottom of the page is a blue button stating "Apply for an account" Click on this tab.  Fill out the information on the page (membership will be "dual - 130".  When finished, click submit.  We will receive your information and then send you back a secure link to finish setting up your profile so you can complete your information.
